Website use and coaching disclaimer

Important limits on the Nia COACH website and coaching product.

This page explains the intended role, limitations and responsible-use boundaries of the Nia COACH website and AI-supported coaching product.

Currently completing a controlled four-week validation in South Africa.

1. General website information

The material on this website is provided for general information about Nia COACH, its development, intended organisational use, evidence approach and enquiry routes. It does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice.

Website content may change as validation, product development and implementation planning continue.

2. Coaching and development support

Nia COACH is designed to provide AI-supported coaching and development support. It may help users reflect on challenges, clarify goals, identify practical next steps and maintain continuity across coaching conversations.

Nia COACH does not guarantee a particular outcome, behavioural change, organisational result or commercial return.

Not clinical care or emergency support

Nia COACH is not therapy, medical care, psychological or medical diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention or emergency support. It does not replace qualified human professionals where clinical, legal, safeguarding, workplace, financial or specialist advice is required.

Anyone facing an emergency, immediate danger or urgent mental-health concern should contact the appropriate local emergency service, crisis service or qualified professional rather than use this website or product.

3. AI-supported responses

Nia COACH uses AI-supported systems. AI-generated or AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for a particular situation or affected by technical limitations. Users and organisations remain responsible for evaluating information and decisions in context.

Human oversight may form part of product operation, quality review, safety review and responsible organisational implementation, but human review should not be assumed to occur instantly or for every interaction unless explicitly agreed for a particular implementation.

4. Controlled validation and evidence limits

Nia COACH is currently undergoing controlled real-world validation. The current work is intended to test usefulness, continuity, trust, safety, engagement and organisational fit.

Nia COACH has not yet demonstrated:

  • sustained engagement at scale;
  • organisational return on investment;
  • clinical effectiveness;
  • broad commercial readiness.

Early participant feedback, observed use and pilot evidence should not be interpreted as universal proof of effectiveness or suitability for every person or organisation.

5. Organisational use

Organisations considering Nia COACH should assess the intended use, participant group, privacy requirements, human oversight, safeguarding needs, implementation approach and evidence required before access or rollout.

A phased pilot or limited rollout may be appropriate in some contexts, but it is one possible implementation route rather than a guarantee of suitability.

6. User responsibility

Users should use reasonable judgement, provide accurate context and avoid relying on Nia COACH as the sole basis for high-impact decisions. Users should not submit unlawful content, confidential third-party information, emergency information or sensitive information that is not necessary for the intended coaching purpose.

7. Availability and technical operation

The website or product may be changed, interrupted, restricted, suspended or unavailable because of maintenance, testing, security, hosting, third-party services or product-development requirements. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

8. External links and third-party services

This website may link to third-party websites or rely on external technical services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices and operational controls. Nia COACH and xX Developments do not control the content or availability of independent third-party websites.

9. Intellectual property

Nia COACH branding, original website content, product concepts, interface elements and related materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Website access does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials except where permission is expressly granted or the law allows it.

10. No contractual commitment through an enquiry

Submitting an enquiry or participating in an initial discussion does not create a service agreement, partnership, research agreement, employment relationship or commitment to provide access. Any implementation or collaboration would require separately agreed scope, responsibilities and commercial or operational terms.

11. Relationship to other legal pages

This disclaimer is separate from the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy (ZA) and future Terms & Conditions. The Cookie Policy and Terms & Conditions will be generated and maintained separately through Complianz when the relevant website functions and service terms are confirmed.

12. Changes to this disclaimer

This page may be updated as Nia COACH develops, validation progresses and public services are introduced. The published page should show the date of the latest material update.
